  • Require proof of fair wages, contracts, and right-to-work documentation.

    2. Worker Safeguards:

  • Prohibit recruitment fees or unlawful deductions.
  • Use GPS time-tracking to verify working hours and locations.

    3.Audits & Monitoring:

  • Annual audits of agency payroll systems.
  • Anonymous worker surveys to identify exploitation risks.


Training & Awareness

We ensure all employees understand modern slavery risks through:

  • Mandatory Training: Annual sessions on identifying and reporting risks.
  • Agency Workshops: Educate suppliers on our expectations and legal requirements.


Measuring Performance

We track effectiveness using:

  • Audit Completion: 100% of agencies audited annually.
  • Worker Satisfaction: Annual surveys to gauge fair treatment.
  • Resolution Times: Target 14 days for reported concerns.
